It is with much sadness that we announce due to the amount of damage incurred by Hurricane Helene, the 2024 Million Pines Festival has been canceled. We look forward to seeing all of you for the 2025 MPAC Festival on November 1-2, 2025.
Vendors/sponsors can request a refund or apply it to the 2025 MPAC festival (please read entire post for details).
At Thursday evening’s board meeting, the motion to cancel was focused on liability/safety concerns and the amount of work needed to be done in such a short amount of time. Our priority is the safety of our visitors, vendors, and volunteers and, our goal is to host an incredible event. Unfortunately, the winds from Hurricane Helene were so significant that our beautiful “million pines” fell causing power outages, damage to buildings, fencing, power lines, wiring, and so much more.

to let us know if you would like your application fees applied to the 2025 Festival OR a refund.
Please include your preference, name, business name, phone number, email, either amount of check/MO or copy of check showing endorsement.
**An email must be sent by November 12th letting staff know which option you choose. Otherwise all fees will be applied to the 2025 MPAC festival.
